I work in a restaurant in Edinburgh. Recently we have been informed that due to taxi fares now being taxed we can no longer have a staff taxi home when on a night shift. When i asked the owner wasn’t it the law to provide staff with a way to get home after midnight he said no. I always thought it was. Does anyone know for sure?
