One company offers the trailer for the transport and subcontracts another company for the tractor unit and driver to do the job with its trailer. Who is liable for damaged/ stollen goods?

Model Airport 1:400 Scale International
This model airport is highly modified so as to not take over my entire house and has been reduced to roughly 150 inches long by about 60 inches wide. Hope to add some cargo buildings in the future and touch up the remote international terminal/ parking as well. The remote terminal/ parking is new and nearly complete at this point. I have expanded twice but have pretty much run out of real estate so to speak. 
Air Force One taxis at Albany International Airport; elected officials exit plane (01/21/11)
Here is WTEN’s coverage of Air Force one taxiing on the runway of Albany International Airport. After the plane stops, President Barack Obama walks off the plane with Senators Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, Congressmen Paul Tonko and Chris Gibson, and Schenectady Mayor Brian Stratton. On the ground is Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
