I have located some records of expenditure for general public transport but can not seem to to find any for public transport for those with special needs. Which i require for comparison. I also cannot locate info regarding grants awarded to community transport groups. Any help would be great thank you.

Is it legal to film on public transport?
Is it legal to record videos on public transport such as: Buses, Trains and Trams. I know it might not sound like the best thing to film but it is just something I have often thought about. Am I likely to get told off for filming. I mean filming out of the window, which means I won’t get any other passengers in the video.
